PRICING

In order to focus on providing the highest quality of care, and to not be held to the insurance company's expectations on managing your health, we utilize cash pricing. This ensures that you know exactly what you owe upfront- no surprise bills or co-pays that turn into additional costs for you later on. It also means that you and your provider are the ones deciding when you need to be seen and how often. Would you want to join a gym that charged you a monthly fee, limited your visits per year, and still made you pay out of pocket each time you worked out? It sounds crazy, which is why we would never want you to experience that when it comes to you and your family's chiropractic care! (as much as i understand why you want to put this, i don't think you need to explain your decision to not use the current healthcare system and go with cash pricing. do other chiropractors have a similar type of notice these days? I haven't seen it at any of the chiropractors I've seen, but you know the industry better than i do!) 
Per Visit Pricing:
  • Initial visit $150 (45 min - 1 hour)
    • Includes review of health history, exam, review of findings, treatment plan, and treatment* 
  • Follow-up visit $75 (up to 30 min)
    • This may include any of the services listed, which are based on your treatment plan
  • Home visit travel fee $50 (within the service area, contact us to see if your location is eligible) 
    • This is in addition to you individual fees, but is a one time fee per location, per visit.
    • If you schedule multiple appointments back-to-back at the same location, there is no additional cost. 
* If you agree to treatment at this visit. Also, if you need any additional tests to clear you for treatment, you would not be eligible to receive care at that visit. Although this is uncommon, we would never provide any treatment if it would be unsafe to do so. 

Package Pricing: 
​After your initial visit, you are able to pay ahead for services at a discounted rate. This is recommended to save you money, but more importantly to help keep you committed to your goals! 
  • 10 follow-up visits $650 (originally $750, saves you $100 total/ $10 off per visit)
  • 30 follow-up visits $1650 (originally $2250, saves you $600 total/ $20 off per visit)
    • Your package can be used by your entire family, just add them to your account at any time.
    • Pre-paid visits do not expire.
    • Appointments are subject to availability. 
    • If you would like a refund at any time, that's not a problem! Completed visits will be deducted at the full $75 rate and any unused portion of your package will be returned to you by check within 4-6 business days.
