Dr. Amy Forrest-Readdy, DC, MA received her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees from California State University, Long Beach. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences, Los Angeles Chiropractic College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Her focus is on families, from pregnancy, pediatric and adolescent chiropractic care, to helping people of all ages get and stay well! She has received extensive training in Network Spinal Analysis, a low-force chiropractic technique that helps the body and mind reconnect, restoring full breath into the body and decreasing tension in the system. She has additional training in pregnancy and pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She is also certified in Webster Technique, which is a specific analysis and adjustment to help facilitate pelvic alignment and function in pregnant women. Additionally, she is well versed in several other chiropractic techniques and modalities, which she may also utilize. She believes it is important that each plan is tailored specifically to the individual patient, as no two people are alike!

In her spare time, she enjoys a healthy lifestyle. She is a Master Spinning Instructor, whose athletic achievements include multiple marathons, cycling events and triathlons. She enjoys hiking, running, cycling, camping, kayaking, yoga and anything outside.  She has been a vegetarian since the age of 5 and became vegan and gluten-free after an IgG food intolerance test helped her determine what wasn’t working in her diet. Her dietary changes have had a huge impact on her health, by decreasing pain and chronic inflammation, and increasing her energy. This experience has made her even more passionate about wellness and nutrition. She believes that, along with excellent chiropractic care and physical activity, our diet is a crucial component in obtaining optimum health. She is passionate about sharing her skills and knowledge with others, as well as partnering with people to help them achieve their wellness goals and reach their highest potential!
